FitRanX is a standardized level training system used for gauging your fitness level. This is not a system based on how long you have been at a facility or how much your coach thinks you have improved. This system is based on REAL exercise science which took 6 years to develop and perfect.
FitRanX is NOT about competing with anyone else…it’s all about being better than you were yesterday. We prove this to you by progressing you through our Level system.
SEmi private personal training
Your program and sessions are coached by a personal trainer with up to 4 other trainees who are also working on their own individual programs.
Your comprehensive, personalized fitness plan progresses you in the direction of your goals at whatever pace suits your needs.
Group exercise is one of the most effective ways to get fit, lose weight and build a better body. As well as these benefits, it can also help you sustain a healthy lifestyle! If you haven’t tried group exercise before, now’s your chance.

What better way to get the year started then to dust off your takkies and get back into the gym!
You get 4 weeks of training at our Rivonia Facility – You decide when you want to start. We will even throw in a meal plan.

I joined the Little Black Dress Programme after being in a funk during lockdown and even though I was still training myself, I needed an extra push. The trainers are great, the workouts are mixed that you feel you are definitely getting a full body workout, but most importantly you see results over a short space of time. They give you an easy and delicious meal plan to follow, with support and motivation.
I would highly recommend trying it, no matter what level you are, you will be amazed at the results, and how much stronger you feel afterwards.
