No. This program is built specifically for beginners. We start with the basics and scale every movement to your current ability.
Do I need HYROX experience?
Not at all. We will teach you everything from how to push the sled to efficient technique on the SkiErg.
What if I can't do certain exercises?
All workouts are fully scalable. Our coaches are experts at modifying exercises to ensure you get a great workout safely.
