Progressing through the FitRanX system is a journey of continuous improvement, and it’s all measured through our comprehensive fitness testing process. To advance from one rank to the next, you’ll participate in a Testing Day that evaluates your ability through real-world, functional training movements. Each test covers the five basic movement patterns you use daily, ensuring you build practical strength that translates outside the gym.
But it’s not just about strength. Each rank advancement also includes a conditioning portion that incorporates explosive movements, loaded carries, and kettlebell techniques. This guarantees a full-body challenge that improves both your strength and cardiovascular fitness. Our unique system keeps you motivated by giving you clear, specific goals to strive for.
As you pass each test, you’ll be recognized with a Certificate of Achievement, proving that you are achieving balanced, full-body functional fitness levels. We focus on how your body feels and moves, not a number on a scale.

Group Training Sessions
High-Intensity Functional Training (HIFT) is a training philosophy that combines high-intensity exercise with functional movements. It emphasizes constantly varied, functional exercises performed at high intensity, often with varied durations, and may or may not incorporate rest periods. HIFT aims to improve overall fitness and functional ability, reducing injury risk and enhancing quality of life.

Strength Training Classes
Strength training classes are exercise sessions focused on improving muscular strength and endurance. These classes often incorporate weights, resistance, and bodyweight exercises to challenge muscles and promote overall fitness. On Tuesdays, we focus on the lower body, incorporating exercises such as barbell squats as well as additional strength training exercises like Bulgarian Split Squats and lunges. On Thursdays, we continue building strength by incorporating exercises such as deadlifts, the push press, and the bench—all using a barbell.
