As you pass through the FitRanX system, you get recognized for your hard work by earning different colour Dog Tags for each rank you receive. In addition you get recognized in front of your peers with our Wall of Fame and receive a Certificate of Achievement for each level test passed.

What is fitness testing?

In order for you to progress from one level to the next, you participate in a Testing Day. Each Level Test includes specific strength movements that covers the 5 basic movement patterns you use in everyday life.

There is also a conditioning portion for each level’s advancement that covers explosive movements, loaded carriers, and kettlebell techniques that is guaranteed to get you moving and feeling better.

What do I need to bring?

Join us for an awesome workout session! We’ll provide all the equipment, encouragement and accountability you need. Just come with a towel, water bottle and make sure not to come on an empty stomach- we don’t want you feeling lightheaded during our fun sessions!

What if I'm to busy and I can't find the time?

When you are too busy to exercise or eat well, but are making excuses not to, it often boils down to what I call “procrastination by omission.” It is important for you know that if this is the case with you, there really is no time like the present. All of us have free time in our lives – it just may be hidden from view beyond other responsibilities. If that’s true for you then getting started will require a little more intentionality within your day and setting yourself up for success before hand.

If I am out of shape can I still do the program?

Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level and age.

Is working out in the morning better for you?

There is no evidence to suggest that an early morning workout is better for you. Some people are just more efficient at this time of day, though. Regardless of the time, as long as it works with your body and personal preferences, you’ll still get results!

Are the workouts really 35 minutes?

Yes. 35 minutes of strength training is the perfect amount of time to get in all your big muscle groups, which are your legs, chest and back. These 35-minute sessions help you build muscular strength and endurance. Strength training also provides strong effects on weight loss through calorie burning
